The Cardinal is in North Hills and is at the Six Forks Road Northbound Exit of I 440.  After exiting I 440, you make the first right turn off Six Forks Road.   The address of the Cardinal is 4030 Cardinal at North Hills Street Raleigh 27609.  The Cardinal provides free valet service and there is no tipping.
